Leadership

All the best girls wear the ivy...

Since cultivating leadership is a part of Alpha Phi's mission, members of UNF Alpha Phi are encouraged to get involved in shaping the future of the Iota Psi chapter by taking leadership and committee positions that are available to all members.

Alpha Phi offers a number of training, leadership and personal development opportunities including officer training and idea exchanges available at the annual Leadership Conferences and at Convention held biannually. Through the Alpha Phi Foundation, Alpha Phi also invests in its collegiate members through programs such as the Alpha Phi Leadership Institute, a three-day leadership development experience with Disney; DC congressional visits for public advocacy; and other "Legacy of Leaders" programming.
