Alpha Phi participates in UNF Panhellenic recruitment each fall. With each round during formal recruitment, we get to introduce you to our sisterhood leading up to our favorite day of the year, BID DAY!

What you need to know...
Be yourself Being genuine is something everyone wants to see! You’re uniquely beautiful inside and out, girl! There is only one you out there, so show it off.
Keep an open mind Remember that you are choosing a sorority to call your home, not anyone else’s! When going to each party and talking to the members, let everything outside of that room go — where you feel most comfortable is where you belong!
Take advantage of the Rho Gammas These women are hand selected and are a great representation of UNF’s Greek community and student body. Trust in them and the recruitment process.
Be comfortable Days can be early and nights can be late, so wear comfy shoes and clothes to keep you going. Staying refreshed and healthy during recruitment is key. Take care of yourself! Grab a water bottle and some treats to ensure you feel your best. Don’t be afraid to let us know you may be nervous, not feeling well or need advice. We’re here for you!
